Resort Policies

GENERAL POLICIES 

To check in, guests must be at least 21 years old.
A valid government or state-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in.
A nightly hold of $150 USD for incidental charges will apply.
Check-in time is 4:00pm. 
Check-out time is 12:00pm.

 

GUARANTEE/DEPOSIT 

A major credit card is required to guarantee your booking.
A deposit may be required–please see rate rules.
Pay Later rates that include stay dates between December 20, 2019 and January 5, 2020 require full pre-payment 60 days prior to arrival.
The credit card used for payment must be presented at check-in.
For third-party payments, please contact hotel reservations at 1.833.623.2111 at least seven days prior to arrival.

 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW 

Pay Now rates are pre-paid and nonrefundable.
Pay Later rates must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, by 12pm hotel time, to avoid a penalty of the first two nights’ stay plus tax.
Pay Later rates that include stay dates between December 20, 2019 and January 5, 2020 must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, by 12pm hotel time, to avoid a penalty of all nights’ stay plus tax.
There are particular dates throughout the year where guarantee and cancellation policies may vary.

TAXES & FEES

Taxes and service charges may apply.

A nightly resort fee of $39 USD plus tax per room includes the following amenities and services:

• Lei greeting upon arrival
• Welcome refreshment
• Premium high-speed internet access
• 60 minutes of local and long-distance calls per day
• Two in-room bottles of water per day
• Daily cultural classes or fitness classes including lei making and yoga
• Discounted green fees and preferred tee times at Princeville Makai Golf Course, with transportation available upon request

A nightly environmental sanitation tax of $1.69 USD is also applied.

FAMILY PLAN 

Children 12 years of age and under stay free with an accompanying adult.

 

PET POLICY 

Pets are family too–up to two dogs per room are welcome.
A $100 USD per pet per night fee will be charged at check-out. This includes a dog bed, food, toy, and bandana.
Some areas are off limits to pets, including the pool, fitness centers, spa, and food and beverage outlets.

 

GROUP POLICY 

Ten or more rooms are considered a group.

SMOKING POLICY

Princeville Resort is a smoke-free facility.
A fee of $400 USD will be charged for smoking in guestrooms and suites.

 

EXTRA CHARGES 

Extra Person – $100 USD per night
Smoking – $400 USD
Pets – $100 USD per pet per night
Late Check-Out – half-day rate after 12:00pm, full-day rate after 3:00pm
Early Departure – one night room and tax
Valet Parking – $35 USD per day with in and out privileges
